  • CHICKEN PATTIES:- This freeze dried product is raw and does require cooking after rehydrating. Rehydrate patties as soon as a can is opened. Use enough lukewarm (90-100 F) salted water to cover the meat. Handle patties carefully as they may break easily. Soak for 5-10 minutes or until patties are moistened and fully reconstituted. If any hard spots are felt, soak an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • CONVENIENT & STORAGE:- These are perfect for storing and using for many years! You can open just one can at a time and in 5-10 minutes cook one or as many of these as you want however you would cook any other chicken patty!!! Perfect for camping, boating, traveling, or at the cabin.
  • ONCE OPENED THEY WILL LAST:- up to 1 year in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration once opened but not re-hydrated, up to 60 days in a zip lock bag without refrigeration once opened, but not re-hydrated, up to 5 days in the fridge once they are re-hydrated.
  • INGREDIENTS:- Chicken. No additives or preservatives!!!

These chicken patties are current production over-runs, manufactured in 2024, from a large military defense contractor. We just purchased a large lot of these from a Defense Reutilization Office (DRO) Source.
