The HL6RSMF is a 6 in. new construction mounting frame that is perfect for install from below fixtures (i.e. direct mount fixtures). Great for new construction projects in lieu of a can or housing. Using this mounting frame, you can easily reserve space in the ceiling for your lighting fixture and provide routing guidance for the drywall contractor. This mounting frame works for round and square Halo direct mount lighting fixtures (including HLB, HLA, RLDM and RADM product families). Attach the driver junction box to the building structure and use this fixture to meet local code requirements where install from below fixtures must be supported directly by building structure.
