Application: The vacuum pump gas-water separator (also called gas-liquid separator) is used to pump gas (or other liquids) containing a large amount of liquid water. It separates and discharges the liquid to prevent the liquid from entering the vacuum pump and damaging it.
Its structural principle is: the gas first enters from the feed section at the bottom of the separator, and the centrifugal force generated during the high-speed airflow diversion and rotation separates the solid particles or liquid droplets; then it is filtered through a fine multi-layer stainless steel separation barrel or foam metal to separate the droplets and impurities in the gas, and the treated gas is output from the bottom; the separated droplets are discharged by a manual discharge valve; the multi-layer stainless steel separation barrel or foam metal can be cleaned and used repeatedly.
