  • The air hose quick connect fittings are constructed with nickel-plated brass and PBT plastic. The brass ensures excellent wear resistance and thermal stability, while the PBT plastic provides superior strength and durability properties.
  • The 360° rotatable PBT interface requires proper tube installation to prevent air leaks. Before connecting, ensure the tube end is cut perfectly straight with no scratches. Fully insert the tube into the fitting base until it reaches the bottom, then verify the connection by gently pulling - a secure installation won't detach. Note that incomplete insertion or using damaged tubes will result in air leakage.
  • When purchasing, ensure proper compatibility by verifying both the thread specifications and the pipe's outer diameter measurements. Prior to installation, confirm the operating environment's temperature and pressure readings, and thoroughly inspect the pipe interior to ensure it is completely clean and free of any debris.
