50 Pack Mach Vacuum Valves – Pressure Activated Valves for CNC Vacuum Tables and Vacuum Hold Down Systems

MPOWER Mach Vacuum Valves are pressure activated ball valves designed for use in Mach vacuum hold down work beds and CNC vacuum tables. They automatically control airflow when a workpiece is placed on the vacuum surface, allowing a strong vacuum seal to form and securely hold the material in position.

Each valve uses a simple and reliable ball valve mechanism. The assembly consists of a chromium ball bearing, tapered return spring, cir clip and durable housing body. When no pressure is applied the spring holds the ball bearing firmly against the tapered seat in the valve housing, closing the airflow path completely.

Automatic Vacuum Activation

When a workpiece presses down on the ball bearing the seal is released and airflow begins. This allows the vacuum pump to draw air through the valve and create a vacuum seal between the workpiece and the surrounding gasketed vacuum cell.

When the workpiece is removed the return spring automatically pushes the ball bearing back into the sealed position, closing the valve and preventing unnecessary airflow through the vacuum system.

Modular Vacuum Workholding Systems

Mach Vacuum Valves can be used as replacement valves or to expand existing vacuum hold down systems. They can also be integrated into custom CNC vacuum tables, vacuum clamping beds or bespoke vacuum jigs designed for woodworking and machining applications.

This modular approach allows workshops to design highly adaptable vacuum clamping systems tailored to specific machining and workholding requirements.
