Flexible Shaft Using Tips:
1. Because the flexible shaft steel wire core rotates at high speed in the flexible shaft sleeve, high speed friction will make the inner wall of the flexible shaft heat, the higher the speed, the flexible shaft wear is about severe, the more severe the heat will be, and even damage the flexible shaft shells.
Advice:
1). Do not use the flexible shaft drive for a long time to grind the work, and stop for a rest every 10-15 minutes.
2). Try to reduce the bending degree in the use of flexible shaft, and try to maintain linear transmission.
3). Do not overload operation, increase the friction heat generation of flexible shaft
4). After using for a period of time, drop some oil along the flexible shaft for lubrication and heat dissipation.
2. After the flexible shaft is connected with the body of the electric mill, please do not disassemble.
