Description
The Vulcan VHFA18 is a mobile, heated cart. The heated cabinet is non-insulated and has a holding capacity of (18) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans. The unit is easy to move around with 5" casters - 2 swivel and 2 rigid with locks. With stainless steel construction, the cabinet is built to last even in the busiest of kitchens!
