ARS GRUP PATIENT TRANSFER SPINE BOARD
Plastic Spine Board is an emergency response product used to restrict the movement of the casualty during the transfer and to provide support to the casualty, against the possibility of injury to the spine or limb that may occur as a result of the accident.
In order to be used in such cases, it should be applied together with head stabilizer and connection belts.
One of the most important points of first aid at the scene is to carry out the transfer as stable as possible and with limited mobility in order to keep the current condition of the person stable, despite the possibility of traumatic injury to the patient's spine or any body part.
Spine boards, when used with head stabilizer and connection belts due to their structure, minimize the patient's mobility and ensure the preservation of their current condition. Therefore, it should be easy for the patient to reach the spine board in the process before the emergency aid teams arrive as a result of any accident.
