PRODUCTION STEPS
1. Stir the flour into a dough-like shape. Yeast powder needs to be added to make buns. The bun skin will become hard if pressed for a long time.
2. Press the dough to a suitable thickness.
3. After pressing, wait for fermentation. After fermentation, sprinkle some flour and press it to the required thickness.
4. Make dumpling skin with thin dough.
5. Press the joystick upwards and put the dough on to make noodles.
6. The flexible noodles are formed.
SPECIAL TIPS
When using the machine for the first time
Repeatedly press and cut small pieces of dough, and use the dough to stick to the anti-rust oil on the machine body until the pressed dough turns to normal color.
Correctly install the dough bucket
Before installing the dough bucket, remove the screws in the middle of the two inner sides, and tighten the screws in the corresponding holes of the dough bucket.
