Purpose
This series of electromagnetic power-off brake is a three-phase asynchronous motor with YEJ series electromagnetic braking, which is mainly matched with Y series motor to realize friction braking when the power is turned on and the spring is pressurized when the power is turned off. It is suitable for metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, food, machine tools, packaging, stage, elevator, ship and other machinery, and achieves the purposes of quick parking, accurate positioning and safe braking.
Conditions of Use
This series of brakes can work reliably under the following conditions
1. The altitude is not more than 2,000m, and the relative humidity of the air is not more than 85%;
2. There is no gas and dust enough to corrode metal and damage insulation in the surrounding medium;
3. The working environment temperature is -5~+40, and there must be no oil stain on the friction plate surface;
4. The insulation level is B, the protection level is IP23, and the voltage fluctuation range does not exceed +5% and -15%;
5. The working air gap shall not exceed the maximum working air gap;
6. Installation mode: axial horizontal installation, axial vertical installation;
