Installation and Replacement Instructions
Stretching and Bending Requirements: During installation, fully stretch and unfold the pipe body. If turning is required, the bending radius should not be too small (it is recommended to be no less than twice the pipe diameter) to avoid flattening of the pipe body, which may increase the exhaust resistance.
Interface sealing treatment: At the connection points, it is recommended to use heat-resistant aluminum foil tape for wrapping and sealing, and then fix it with clamps or ties to ensure the interface is firmly sealed without any air leakage.
Fixed support: If the pipeline is long, hangers or supports should be installed for fixation to prevent excessive sagging which may affect the smoke exhaust efficiency. The sagging amount between two fixation points should not exceed 50mm per meter.
