1.The charger is not suitable for your ride tool.

2. Due to the limited life of lithium batteries, Your battery is broken.If your battery has been used for more than 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be damaged.

3. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but after connecting the ride tool, the green light will not turn into red, but still on green, and the charger does not work. It is because that the positive and negative(+/-) connector of our charger does not correspond to the positive and negative(+/-) connector of your scooter, and there is no power to your scooter. you can try to connect the charger to your scooter from different interfaces
