Optical flipper is used to change the regulatory stimulus, the positive mirror reduces the regulatory stimulus, the negative mirror increases the regulatory stimulus, and the collective stimulus remains unchanged. 1. Place the visual card at a distance of 40cm, usually 20/30 or 20/40 or 20/50.
2. Prepare a double-sided mirror of ± 2.00d (use ± 1.50d if you can't see clearly).
3. Prepare the Rock Card (single letter Card) in the visual Card and gradually exercise to a 3-letter Card, 4-letter Card and 5-letter Card.
4. Put + 2.00d in front of your eyes and quickly flip the double-sided mirror of ± 2.00D. It is required to see clearly the letters on the visual card.
5. Read each letter out loudly in the order of 1-40 on the letter card, and repeatedly flip the double-sided mirror of ± 2.00d. It is best to flip the mirror as quickly as possible, and keep the font of the reading object clear.
6. Exercise one eye and both eyes for 10-15 minutes once or twice a day.
7. Exercise until the response time is no less than 1 cycle /3 seconds, which is 20 cycles per minute, and the difference between the eyes is less than 2 cycles.
8. Generally, 15 days is a training course, and the symptoms can be improved.
