Usage Instructions:
1. Place the white silicone into the groove of the gold (or silver) tooth.
2. Submerge the gold (or silver) tooth with the silicone in 158-176°F (70-80°C) warm water for approximately 15-30 seconds to soften the silicone. (Note: Do not use boiling water or extremely hot water, as it will ruin the silicone and render it unusable.)
3. Insert the gold (or silver) tooth into your mouth and gently bite down with your upper and lower teeth. The softened silicone will conform to the shape of your teeth under pressure, creating a custom fit for secure positioning.
4. If the fit is unsatisfactory, repeat the shaping process until you achieve the desired result.
5. After each use, rinse the tooth with clean water, let it air-dry completely, and store it properly
