How To: Adjust for a Proper Fit
Yeti cooler drain spouts may have variations in the starting point of their threading. To ensure proper dispensing and a leak-proof seal, it's essential to adjust the spigot using the provided black rubber O-rings. Each O-ring has a different thickness, allowing you to customize the fit based on your cooler's threading. Start by inserting the spigot into the cooler opening and testing the fit.

If tightening the spigot brings it past a downward position: Add a thicker O-ring to create a tighter seal.
If the spigot is tight before reaching the downward position: Remove an O-ring to allow for further tightening and ensure the spout faces downward.
