✔️ Use the trainer on a stable surface like a table or your lap for better support and more natural finger coordination;
✔️ If using without support, start by training one or two fingers at a time, gradually working up to coordinating all five fingers for a smoother experience;
✔️ If you have a larger palm, when using with support, try placing the grip ball horizontally with your palm extended backward—this reduces finger strain and makes holding more comfortable.
✔️ If you have smaller hands, when using with support, try placing the grip ball vertically so your palm is closer to the buttons—this allows for better control and easier use.
✔️If you experience finger stiffness, joint discomfort, or are recovering from injury, we recommend beginning with individual finger exercises using stable support and lighter resistance bands to keep training safe and comfortable .
