Installation Instructions:
1. Insert the bearing cup (thick side at bottom) into the upper bowl, until reach the bottom of the upper bowl. This step can be done with the help of a tool (hammer) by tapping lightly.
2. Grease the bearing and bearing cup, put the bearing into the bearing cup and test, make sure the bearing isworking properly.
3. Lower bowl set up is the same as upper bowl.
4.Then insert the upper bowl and lower bowl into the head tube. Using the headset installation kit to install.
5. Install the star nutinto the steering column and mount the fork crown race onto the fork(remove the old fork crown racefirst).
6.Mount the bearing onto the steering column and insert the steering column into the head tube.
7.Put the upper bearing. compression ring and dust seal onto the steering column respectively
8. Install the upper head tube clamp, mount the spacer and stem onto the steering column. Put the top cap on and tighten the cap bolt.
