You get everything pictured - both left and right hangers and hardware. They hold the tail pipe in the correct location so the chrome tip is under the rear bumper. They hold the pipe and the extension the same time so they are 2 1/2" in dia clamp or if you are running 2 1/2" exhaust the are perfect for that size. These are awesome; they are the correct finish and have all the details. The rivets are silver and bracket phosphate, the black rubber has the belted core so they will last forever.
