Ketcham Supply's “YotPot” recreational lobster trap has been part of our business since 1975. Traps are lighter and more compact than the commercial traps we manufacture. Designed for easier handling, hauling and stowing. Trap features 2 blue side net entries, 1 larger white inner 'parlor' net, 2 bricks, a 2 inch escape vent allowing smaller lobsters out of the trap, bungee and a wire hook door closure. Trap measure 30 x 18 x 12 inches. There is a plastic strip on the door to imprint your recreational lobster license number. Also included is 50 feet of 3/8 inch sink rope, a factory white bullet shaped buoy, a yellow bait bag, and a plastic weak link that is required in some fishing areas. The weak link breaks under pressure, keeping whales from getting entangled in the rope. This trap is designed for fishing area 2 which is Massachusetts south shore and coastal Rhode Island.
