Critical Performance Note:
Refractory concrete requires controlled heat treatment (drying + firing)to achieve full strength and thermal stability. Strict adherence to the manufacturer's heating procedure is essential for optimal results and longevity.

Refractory Cement: Simplified Installation Guide
1. Preparation：
Ensure power tools & vibrators are functional.
Prepare anchors, insulation, and connectors.
Pro Tip: Use a forced-action mixer + high-frequency vibrator.

2. Mixing：
Dry Mix: Combine all dry materials + small additive bag (3-5 min).
Wet Mix: Add 8% water gradually → blend 5 min.
Adjust water minimally if needed (avoid over-wetting!)
Temp Range: 10°C to 30°C (50°F to 86°F).

3. Pouring & Compaction：
Pour: Layers ≤400mm (15.7") thick.
Vibrate Immediately: Use immersion vibrator rod (plate vibrator for floors).

4. Demolding & Curing：
Demold at 24 hours.
Cure Naturally: 3-4 days before firing.
Firing Window: Start kiln/furnace between Day 4-15 (delays reduce lifespan!).
