【Fuel Pump】The fuel pump is one of the basic components of the fuel injection system of an electronic fuel injection vehicle. It is located inside the fuel tank of the vehicle that transfers liquid from the fuel tank to the carburetor or fuel injector of the internal combustion engine. The fuel pump works when the engine is started and the engine is running. If the engine is stopped and the ignition switch is still ON, the HFM-SFI control module turns off the fuel pump.
