Compared to conventional multi-coatings, it has less reflection and higher transmittance, so it reduces ghosting and flare in harsh shooting conditions such as backlight and gives you high contrast and clear viewing.

2. Made with a stain resistant SP (Super Protect) coating.
The front of the lens uses a SP (Super Protect) coating that is highly water-repellent, oil-repellent, and is easy to wipe away dirt, so you can use it safely even in outdoor shooting environments.

3. New design to match the latest model
The size of the "smc PENTAX-FA35mm F2AL" which is the base is redesigned design. New design for the latest DA and D FA lenses, it also makes a compact single focal lens with good matching K series digital SLR cameras. In addition, the aperture ring allows you to utilize the functions of old K-Mount DSLR and Film SLR cameras so you can enjoy shooting with a wide range of models.

It also achieves the shortest shooting distance of 0.3m.
