This item is a cut blade for tomato slicers. These fit into the slicer's holder assembly. The blades create a nice square cut. The cut set are replacement blades. Simply change them out in the blade holder. They slice 3⁄8" in thickness. Their stainless steel construction is easy to clean. Image shown is of actual Tomato Slicer.
