Description

The Airflo Superflo Max Universal Taper is a true all-around fly line that performs flawlessly across a wide variety of fishing situations. Unlike other fly lines, it is built on Airflo's proprietary TPU formula — PVC-free since 1984 — with a three-layer design that stays supple across temperature extremes, resists UV degradation and breakdown from DEET and sunscreen, and lasts up to twice as long in independent testing. Because TPU requires no plasticizers or chlorine, it does not leach chemicals into the water, and it is eligible for return through Airflo's recycling program with TerraCycle. The versatile taper loads at short range, carries multiple pickup points, and includes a haul zone that extends the usable head length. The ultra-thin running line delivers 30 percent less friction than other fly lines and the low-stretch core provides just 6 to 12 percent stretch versus over 20 percent in other fly lines. Available in WF3F, WF4F, WF5F, WF6F, WF7F, WF8F, and WF9F. Manufacturer warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
