The DZD5 series electromagnetic brake is a dry, single-plate, power-on braking device designed for industrial mechanical transmission systems. It offers a wide torque range from 5NM to 1000NM, with rated power from 11W to 100W and maximum applicable speeds from 1500rpm to 6000rpm, supporting both DC12V and DC24V inputs. Its dry single-plate design eliminates the need for lubrication, minimizing maintenance and keeping work areas free of oil residue. The power-on engagement mechanism ensures fast, sensitive braking responses, enhancing equipment safety and positioning accuracy.
