Special Features

  • Size: 50″ width × 3 yards (4.17 yd² / 37.5 ft²). Folded flat; sealed in a labeled bag for clean storage and handling.
  • Construction: 1708 DBM ±45° — 17-oz stitched no-crimp biaxial backed with ¾-oz chopped-strand mat for fast build and excellent secondary bonding.
  • Where it excels: Structural repairs—transoms, stringers, bulkheads, tabbing, and general reinforcement. Conforms well around corners and radii.
  • Resin guide (hand layup): For this 3-yd pack, plan about 3 quarts of epoxy or ~1 gallon of polyester/vinyl-ester. Actual use varies with tools and technique.
  • Compatibility: Works with epoxy, vinyl-ester, and polyester resins; true 50″ usable width.
