Its firm closed-cell foam core and general-purpose acrylic adhesive deliver high shear strength—up to 140 psi on stainless steel—with no curing or fixturing required. Engineered with viscoelastic properties that absorb energy and distribute stress, it withstands long-term temperatures up to 200°F (93°C) and is designed to replace rivets, welds, and screws.

  • Installation Guide:For optimal performance, clean surfaces thoroughly with a 50:50 mix of isopropyl alcohol and water. Apply tape when temperatures are between 70°F and 100°F (21°C–38°C). After application, use a J-roller to apply firm pressure (at least 15 psi or 100 kPa). Bond strength reaches 50% in 20 minutes, 90% in 24 hours, and 100% in 72 hours. Avoid initial application on surfaces below 50°F (10°C).
